Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
As a Front Desk Manager at Alpine Motel, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have a strong attention to detail.
