We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Room Management: Assign rooms to guests, manage room inventory, and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Front Desk Operations: Process guest arrivals and departures, handle room reservations, and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and relay messages to other departments as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional guest service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 38 hours per week
