Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of front desk staff
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities and amenities
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Basic security clearance
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Central Reservation Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment opportunity
- 35 hours per week
- English language of work
