Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are providing excellent service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word, Central Reservation System (CRS), and MS Excel.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
