Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy individual with experience in value-driven sales and account management to join our New Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of B2B sales and a proven ability to manage the complete sales process.

The successful candidate will work closely with the rest of our organization to drive new sales and business growth, with a focus on the London, Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and management of the complete sales process
  2. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  3. Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
  4. Effectively manage an account set and maintain detailed and accurate sales-related activities
  5. Enable successful roll-out of our services to customer employees, including sharing relevant documentation and attending launches and site visits
  6. Collaborate closely with the account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a results-driven mentality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid sales forecasting ability, revenue achievement, and a successful history of net new business sales.

A background in inbound and outbound prospecting, closing of new business, and willingness to travel are also essential.
