Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Empire Framing Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents.
    • Monitor and manage our office expenses, ensuring that all expenditures are in line with our company policies and procedures.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage our office technology, including computers, software, and other equipment.
    • Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
