Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office moves.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
