Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Morning Hostess to join our team. As a Morning Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience, maintaining an efficient and organized restaurant, and communicating with all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and effectively manage restaurant flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • Have a proven ability to make decisions and empower others.
  • Take ownership and communicate with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant.
  • Accurately take and confirm reservations over the phone and in person, modify guest status in Open Table.
  • Develop a briefing sheet before each shift that will inform co-workers of shows, concerts, special events, and NBs.
  • Be fanatical about cleanliness and maintain awareness of which servers are in each section.
  • Be a team player and open to other duties as assigned or required.

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience
