As a key member of Restaurant Brands International, the Franchise Performance Manager is responsible for enhancing the operational effectiveness of franchise restaurants. This role, based in Montreal, Quebec, involves close collaboration with franchise owners and managers to drive improvements in various business dimensions while ensuring compliance with established operational and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer strategic insights and recommendations to franchise owners and managers across all restaurant operations, focusing on financial performance, operational efficiency, team morale, customer satisfaction, and loyalty initiatives.
- Evaluate operational metrics and audit findings, working alongside owners and managers to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Assess financial, commercial, and operational outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate actionable strategies.
- Conduct periodic financial assessments with franchise owners and managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate the successful rollout of new initiatives aimed at boosting sales and overall performance.
- Represent the Tim Hortons brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management with a focus on profit and loss, ideally within a rapidly expanding consumer or retail sector.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong financial acumen and business insight.
- Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify challenges and devise solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
