Our Opportunity: Hiring in Quebec

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Franchise Performance Manager to support our operations in the Montreal and surrounding areas. Reporting directly to the Area Franchise Lead, the Franchise Performance Manager (FPM) serves as a vital partner and advisor to our restaurants. The FPM conducts thorough reviews and analyses of restaurant operational, financial, and business data, collaborating closely with Owners and Managers to enhance overall performance while ensuring compliance with business and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a strategic consultant and mentor to Owners and Managers on all facets of their restaurant operations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluates all restaurant operational reports and audits, analyzes the data, and collaborates with Owners and Managers to devise effective solutions.
  • Assesses financial, business, and operational performance of restaurants, identifies areas for improvement, and partners with Owners and Managers to create actionable strategies.
  • Conducts regular financial reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet) with Owners and Managers to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensures the successful implementation of new initiatives (product launches, technology upgrades, process enhancements, marketing campaigns, and renovations) to drive sales growth.
  • Represents the Tim Hortons brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in a multi-unit environment within a national franchise or high-growth consumer-focused business.
  • A university degree in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial acumen and business development skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Owners, Colleagues) to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying challenges and their root causes, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively across various formats and audiences.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and adapt to operational needs, including availability during evenings and weekends.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with provincial regulations.
