As a key member of Restaurant Brands International, the Franchise Performance Manager is responsible for enhancing the operational success of franchise locations across the eastern region of Canada. This role involves collaborating closely with franchise owners and management teams to drive improvements in financial performance, operational efficiency, and overall business effectiveness while ensuring compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer strategic business insights and support to franchise owners and managers regarding all facets of restaurant operations, including financial performance, operational excellence, team dynamics, and customer engagement.
- Evaluate operational data and performance audits, working alongside owners and managers to devise effective solutions.
- Assess financial, commercial, and operational metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement actionable strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of financial performance with franchise owners and managers.
- Facilitate the successful rollout of new initiatives aimed at driving sales growth.
- Serve as a representative of the Tim Hortons brand, upholding its values and standards consistently.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management with a focus on profit and loss, ideally within a rapidly expanding consumer or retail sector.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
