Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a designated territory, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Development (70%):
- Identify and prospect new clients in the restaurant and grocery sectors.
- Promote our products and services to expand our presence in the territory.
- Conduct regular visits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Existing Client Management (30%):
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve issues for active clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Organize and deliver training on the use of our products at client sites.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in the territory to address their questions and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with various internal departments.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall client satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.
Requirements
- Hold a college or university degree in marketing, sales, business management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales, prospecting, and market development.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Experience in waste management (an asset).
- Valid Quebec driver's license.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
