Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Franchise Performance to join our team in Montreal and surrounding areas. As a key partner and consultant for our restaurants, you will play a critical role in driving business results and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business consultant and coach to restaurant owners and managers, providing guidance on business and financial performance, effective operations, team member engagement, and guest satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze restaurant operating reports and audits, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to strengthen performance.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with restaurant owners and managers, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, including product launches, technology upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Represent the Tim Hortons brand and business with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in a national, franchise, or high-growth consumer or retail-based business.
  • University degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
