We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, developing innovative plans, and providing inspirational leadership to our sales team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, increase customer relations skills, and improve performance in self-generated business
  • Create a sales team of focused, energized, and successful individuals
  • Hire, train, and retain new sales people to drive growth

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience managing sales teams
  • Significant personal sales experience, preferably in home improvement sales
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Cad (an asset)
  • Previous experience with Sales Force and strong customer service skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance.
