Job Summary

This role entails providing administrative support to our management team, coordinating meetings and events, handling accounts payable, and responding to client inquiries. If you are highly organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day operational processes, including accounts payable, expense reports, and supply ordering.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, research, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
