At Sunrise Senior Living, we provide the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to a consistent group of seniors and their families in our assisted living neighborhoods.
Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families through assistance with daily living activities, individual care needs, and personalized interactions.
- Monitor changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care and service levels.
- Collaborate with residents to develop life skills and engage them in enriching activities based on their profiles.
- Ensure community compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
- Provide dining services to residents while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
- Invite, encourage, and assist residents in life skills and other activities as indicated on their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
Qualifications:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Ability to make informed decisions and act in the best interest of residents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent organizational and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Salary Information: This position offers $1 pay differential for overnight hours, resulting in a salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
