Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Opus Restaurant. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared and served to our guests.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and preparation
  • Overseeing food production and presentation
  • Managing inventory and supplies
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
