Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chef Management
- Leadership Role: Provide guidance and leadership to our specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to achieve exceptional results.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by training and mentoring staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Cost Control and Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Management: Efficiently manage the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies to minimize costs and maximize resources.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop menus that meet customer demands and maintain quality standards.
- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events while adhering to the highest standards of presentation and taste.
- Dietary Needs: Cater to customers with dietary requirements by preparing dishes that cater to their needs.
- Work Details:
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
