Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Wine Academy. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of food for guests and events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Schedule staff effectively to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior chef or sous chef role
  • Degree in culinary arts or equivalent
  • Certifications in food safety and handling
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required to maintain high-quality standards.
