Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at La Luce Ristorante. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that our dishes are consistently of high quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sous chef in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen staff.
- Advanced knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in our kitchen.
