Executive Culinary Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Chef to join our team at Superbaba Vancouver. The successful candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 2 years of experience in the culinary industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, be able to prepare complete meals or individual dishes, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Additionally, they will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, based on industry standards in Vancouver.
Job Description:
- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes for customers, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and make decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the culinary industry.
Work Setting: The Executive Culinary Chef will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
