Executive Sous Chef

As an Executive Sous Chef at Executive Exchange Hotel, you will play a key role in leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and control food costs, labour costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
- Analyze operating data and implement initiatives to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus that meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
- Schedule and supervise a team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B management to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurants.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of food cost control, menu engineering, and inventory management principles.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
