Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing concepts, recipes, and programs that align with our Fresh-Scratch-Local pillars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness
  • Lead a team of dedicated culinary professionals to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with our management team to establish budgets, targets, and operational controls
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Red Seal Chef Status
  • Five years of recent related experience in the food service industry leading high-volume culinary teams
  • ServeSafe and FoodSafe certified
  • Previous experience with cost control and employee management
  • Superior communication skills in both verbal and written English with the ability to communicate in French as appropriate
