Bilingual Business Development Representative Job Opening

Adecco Professional is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time junior Bilingual Business Development Representative to join a well-established, growing international company.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Servicing existing accounts and establishing new ones
  • Call on existing or potential sales outlets and follow up on leads and sales inquiries
  • Lead generating and follow up to promote business and generate new sales
  • Adjusting sales presentations by studying market and customer trends
  • Liaising internally to ensure customer care and satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and timely upkeep of the database
  • Reporting activity and results to management
  • Monitoring competition and gathering market information
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
  • Presenting sales presentations at customer meetings


Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience or sales/business development experience
  • Self-confidence with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Motivation and drive to learn and become a successful B2B sales representative
  • Bilingual communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiating, and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service, closing sales, and territorial management skills
  • Strong ability to think on your feet and be prepared
