Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Denny's Fort St John.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, flexibility, and adaptability.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
