Office Coordinator

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Caravan Motel, you will play a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our front desk and administrative services. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls and inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and guests as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
