At TH Logistics LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, payroll information, and other administrative data.
- Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in an administrative role.
Computer and Technology RequirementsYou should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as experience with email and calendar software.
