Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Peace Janitorial Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The Office Operations Coordinator will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced environment is maintained. They will be required to work in a team, supervising 1 to 2 people, and will be expected to be flexible, organized, and able to work 35 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and will be required to work in a permanent position.
