Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Oversee sales floor operations, including merchandise ordering, inventory management, and visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, Gas bar
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask
What We Offer:
