- Store Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and respect.
- Sales and Merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory and Stock Control
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that stock levels are optimized.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data and inventory levels.
- Manage store administration, including payroll, scheduling, and employee records.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- Experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. The role will require standing for extended periods, walking, and bending, as well as manual dexterity and attention to detail.
