Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Oversee sales volumes, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sales and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with a focus on safety and security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
