As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. If you have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and are proficient in English, we encourage you to apply for this permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
