The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. Additionally, they will compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will work 40 hours per week and be fluent in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. They will also type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
