About the Role

Buddies Home Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicate Effectively: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as necessary.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • CORRESPONDENCE: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
