Automotive Sales Director

This is a key leadership role within the Zanchin Automotive Group, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the New Vehicle Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, direct, and lead the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Implement and manage systems, scheduling, and procedures to optimize sales performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and improve customer relationships.
- Manage the departmental budget and forecast sales, profit, and expense objectives.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants and Finance & Insurance Managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage new vehicle inventory and maintain a well-balanced inventory to maximize gross and minimize expense.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in customer service and dealership operations.
- 5+ years of experience in a dealership facility.
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds).
- Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC License.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
