Your Role:

As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving vehicle sales to meet and exceed volume and profit goals
  • Acting as the primary contact between customers and the dealership throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Crafting and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and preferences
  • Providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, including:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Experience in customer service with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and CRM systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work
