Automotive Sales Director

This is a key leadership role within the Zanchin Automotive Group, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the New Vehicle Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, direct, and lead the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Manage the sales process, from initial customer contact to delivery and follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Consultants and Finance & Insurance Managers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate reporting and recording of transactions.
- Oversee the management of new vehicle inventory, ensuring a well-balanced stock and maximum gross profit.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- 5 years of proven experience in a dealership environment, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems, such as CDK/Reynolds.
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC License.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
