Pandora, the world's largest jewellery company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join their team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Pandora brand and have a strong understanding of the retail industry. You will work closely with the store managers and sales associates to create a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Pandora brand and product range.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
