Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and innovative sales approaches.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the luxury services or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, exceeding targets, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the luxury landscaping market, its trends, and competitor landscape.
