Luxury Sales Professional

Job Overview
As a Luxury Showroom Sales Consultant at EMCO Corporation, you will be responsible for providing expert product selection assistance and design advice to customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist showroom customers in assessing their needs and directing their product selections
- Develop and build strong relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to grow profitable sales
- Provide customers with quick and reliable quotes and accurate delivery dates
- Meet or exceed monthly product-specific sales and gross profit targets
- Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases while maintaining proactive communication with customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, address short payments and returns in a timely fashion
Qualifications
- College and/or university degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in luxury retail
- Eager to learn with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the showroom
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
