Job Summary

This role will play a vital part in achieving our revenue goals by analyzing customer support data, optimizing sales processes, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Revenue organization, focusing on Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Support functions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, and revenue trends
  • Lead strategic projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations
  • Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks, reporting, and insights for internal meetings and OKRs

 

Requirements:
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in a Series A, B, or later stage SaaS company

 

What We Offer:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible hybrid work structure with 3 days/week in the office
  • Summer hours (off every other Friday from June - September) and office closed during the holiday break in December
  • $1000/year wellness/home office allowance
