Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to join our team and drive our go-to-market strategy.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans that showcase our digital accessibility solutions.

You'll work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  2. Lead market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and generate buyer insights.
  3. Craft and refine our brand narrative and differentiated market positioning.
  4. Enhance customer lifecycle management by partnering with customer success and marketing teams.
  5. Establish clear success metrics for product marketing initiatives and regularly report on progress and impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5-7 years in a Product Marketing role.
  • Experience in a small marketing team, operating as the sole Product Marketer, with the ability to lead a team in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or highly equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven track record as a PMM leader with examples of go-to-market strategies and product marketing work delivered in previous roles.
  • Highly collaborative team player with a knack for building cross-functional relationships and alignment across teams.
  • Highly autonomous, flexible working style that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 CAD OTE, stock options, career progression, professional development, health/dental benefits, and more.
