Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Restaurant Le Batifol inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Cook Red Seal Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
