Responsibilities:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
  • Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Collaborating with our culinary team to create new recipes and menu items
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our guests' needs
Requirements:

To be successful as an Executive Chef, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
