Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals
- Developing and implementing menus that meet the needs of our guests
- Managing kitchen inventory and supplies
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating with our culinary team to create new recipes and menu items
The Executive Chef will be responsible for:
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
- Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
- Collaborating with our culinary team to create new recipes and menu items
- Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our guests' needs
To be successful as an Executive Chef, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
