Job Title: Executive Chef

Gestion Sarsfield Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Responsibilities:Leadership:
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
Culinary:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals to meet the standards of our guests
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen equipment and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
