Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Restaurant Gemini Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring quality and consistency
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining efficient inventory management
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
