Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Restaurant Le Batifol inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a cook or in a related field
  • Cook Trade Certification and Cook Red Seal Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
