Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Restaurant Gemini Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
  • Plan and execute menus for special events and functions
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
