Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at HR Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
