We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at ASL Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling and confirming appointments, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word, as well as database software.

The Office Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for providing customer service, performing data entry, and working with a large workload.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask. They will be a team player with a client focus and be reliable and dependable.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
